Create the life you want by choosing your attitude and intentions

There are several ideas that have significantly impacted my life. One is choosing my attitude daily.

Journal about attitude

I journal daily, which I recommend. As part of my journaling process, I select my attitude first thing in the morning. To a certain extent, the mind does not know the difference between make-believe and reality, so we can use this concept to have a fantastic day every day. Then every week, I review my journal to check in on my goals and set my intentions for the following week.

Set intentions to delegate

One intention that’s made a difference for me is to delegate. This means I don’t get lost on my to-do list like I used to. Now, I only do the activities I uniquely excel at and nothing else. These daily habits and behaviors ensure that I run a profitable business. If I lose focus throughout the day, I remember my chosen attitude and continue to have the day I’ve planned.

This enabled me to take three months off each year for the past six years to travel and spend quality time with my family and friends as well as volunteer.
