The growth of your business could be limited by the skill set and retention of key employees. By investing in your team through a combination of activities related to education and office culture, it allows them to thrive. We want our employees to earn more and live better, so they’re not stressed and surviving dollar to dollar.
I like our team to be part of our overall vision, so they understand that we want the business to be viewed as putting clients’ best interests first — always. We want our clients to know they can refer us with confidence and that everything we do is transparent.
Furthermore, we often ask our employees and our partners for their input about how we could do things better, including asking team members how we can help them grow inside of the organization.
While education and vision are critical, culture can be the glue that holds teams together. It’s imperative for people to enjoy where they work. We like having fun together as a team. We’ll go play pickleball together, hang out at a pool or serve in the community.
We all have different styles. Every team member is a little different and needs nurturing in their own way. It’s important to spend time understanding them, including their strengths and their weaknesses, as well as getting to know them personally. Let them know you’re grateful, you care for them and are interested in helping them achieve their goals.
When you nurture your team with your support and attention, they can better support you and your clients, which allows your business to thrive.

Gracias
